SERAPHIM is launching MRP System project

Seraphim Solar System, («SERAPHIM»), announced that it has started to develop MRP system, in order to enhance the manufactory process control and quality control. SERAPPHIM collaborates with MDS Group to develop an MRP system, which is using IR technology to manage the on-line production and quality control.
The system will use the cloud computing technology and all production data will be kept for 25 years to meet the requirement for customer survey. Customer with authenticated accounts could access the database to tracking the production information.
“With this advanced MRP system, it will enable us with “real” traceability in our productions and provide the easy-access way to manage our production and quality control data. Thus, we are able to provide customer more efficient and quality product and service” Mr. Endy Qian, Production Director of SERAPHIM, explained.

SERAPHIM announces new appointment

Seraphim Solar System, («SERAPHIM»), integrated manufacturer of PV products based in Changzhou China, announced that it has appointed of Mr. Endy Qian from Applied Material as production director.
Endy joins SERAPHIM from Applied Material where he most recently held the role of production manager. In his new role, Endy will be responsible for production site management, including wafer and modules. Matt will also be responsible for leading quality team in headquarter to continuously improve SERAPHIM quality system. Endy is holding Enterprise Management Master of Renmin University of China.
“We firmly believe in the power of content. With Endy on board, we will be able to enhance our production site into better management conditions and improve our quality team efficiency” Bruce Huang, General Manger of SERAPHIM, added.

SERAPHIM launches 100MW new modules production capacity

Seraphim Solar System, («SERAPHIM»), integrated manufacturer of PV products based in Changzhou China, announced that FAB 1 has launched successfully with modules capacity with 100MW.
SERAPIHM FAB 1 is built with plan of 300MW module capacity and 150MW wafer capacity. 100MW of planned 300MW has been built successfully and launch the production successfully. In FAB 1 is equipped with most leading edge production facility and equipments, automatic assembly line, in-line EL and Flash testing, intensive QC system and etc .Additional , rest planned 200MW would be in construction as the project plan.
Commenting on this signification project, “We believe that SERAPHIM will be able to provide the customer high quality products with assurance from advanced facility and equipment. It is big progress for us to step into the market. We will continue to finish rest 200MW capacity as our project planned ” Bruce Huang, General Manger of SERAPHIM, added.
SERAPHIM launches new Black Module production
Seraphim Solar System, (Seraphim), integrated manufacturer of PV products based in Changzhou, China, announced it has launched its black frame and black back sheet crystalline solar modules.
The product line includes both mono-crystalline and multi-crystalline modules. The black mono-crystalline SRP-5MB series modules are made with a black anodized aluminum frame and black triple-layer back sheet. Available in power ratings of 185/190/195/200 watts with conversion efficiencies of up to 15.7%, they are encapsulated with 72 five inch, high efficiency mono-crystalline solar cells.
The black multi-crystalline SRP-5MB series modules are made with a black anodized frame and black backsheet or white backsheet. They are encapsulated with 54, 60 and 72 six inch multi-crystalline cells, respectively. Their power ratings range from 225/230/235/240 watt with conversion efficiencies up to 14.8%. The SRP-5MB series are compatible with micro inverter technology, which is growing in acceptance in the North American markets. The new black modules are targeted at applications where aesthetic appeal is a concern in the system design, particularly in the residential solar market.
