On March 1-3, 2017, the largest and most influential PV Expo 2017 was held in Tokyo Big Sight International Exhibition Center. Seraphim mainly displayed its high-efficiency Eclipse™ HIT module at the Expo, of which the conversion efficiency is 21.2.%; such modules are made using the innovative Eclipse technologies and high-efficiency HIT cells, and through improvement of the cell grating design and the innovative packaging technology, the area of exposure to sunlight effectively increases; due to the HIT cells of hetero-junction structure, the photovoltaic conversion efficiency greatly improves, and the output power is of excellent temperature characteristic.
With the growing demand for high-efficiency modules, the Eclipse™ HIT modules of high conversion efficiency and stability, greatly-reduced hot spot effect and good PID resistance will be well received in the broad market.
